Collagen Smoothie with Banana and Peanut Butter

Ingredients
1 scoop collagen powder
175mL milk of choice
1 small banana, peeled
1 tbsp pure peanut butter
1 tsp raw cacao powder (or to taste)

Method
STEP 1
Add the milk, collagen powder, peeled banana, peanut butter and raw cacao powder to a blender.
STEP 2
Add as much or as little ice as you wish and blend all of the ingredients together until the desired consistency.
STEP 3
Adjust as required, for example, add more milk (or water) to make it a thinner consistency, add more ice to achieve a frappe-like consistency and add more raw cacao powder and/or peanut butter as desired.
